Fitness is the ability of a person to live a healthy, satisfying, useful, and very productive life. An individual can be able to satisfy his basic needs such as physical well-being, love, affection, and self-respect if he is physically fit. A person who is physically fit possesses strength, power and endurance. He works very efficiently with a minimum waste of energy. He is free diseases. He can be healthy. Engaging in sports activities may improve your level of fitness. You should captive to participate actively in regular, enjoyable and vigorous activities that involve strength like sports activities. Nowadays, with the widespread influence of modern technology, teenagers are greatly affected by its factors. Online gaming’s, like virtual playing of sports game may not be so good, because of the fact that it can cause health problems like being unfit. Instead of playing actual sports games, teenagers tend to focus more on virtual gaming. Rather than developing their physical fitness, teenagers may evolve some health problems. The emergence of modern technology makes life more comfortable, giving us reasons to forget exercise activities like sports. Sports have an excellent relevance to teenagers today. Sports have physical, intellectual and psychological benefits to an individual. A healthy body has a healthy mind. A keen mind can function well with a healthy body. Employing yourself to sports may not make you really intelligent, but it is a factor essential for the full use of your intellectual capacity. Being physically fit will help you adopt the “wellness lifestyle”, a lifestyle practiced throughout your life. So teenagers who are well versed in sports activities are more likely to become healthy.
