Dismantle workstation 92 and take I to the work shop
Assemble the workstation and test its functionality
Open case and clean inside
Remove RAM and upgrade to 8GB
Reassemble and test
Take workstation back and re test

All briefed to alter chairs so that they can sit a minimum of 75cm away from the screen, with their feet flat on the floor, sat upright, with elbows level with top of desk, so that they can rest their wrists on the desk in front of the keyboard. If users can not adjust chairs to sit in the desired position foot rests can be supplied. Users should aim to be sat looking down at the screen at an approx. angle of 20 degrees. All told to take breaks every hour for 15 minutes and no more than 3 hours use in 1 day. Avoid the use of flickering screens. Adjust contrast and brightness as necessary to avoid straining. Regularly cleaning of screens. Screens must be of sufficient size for the task. 3
Anyone in the room or using the room can be exposed to tripping Low
All wires to be properly bundled and if possible set into computer desks so that no wires hang or trail. Wires to go down the back of/across desks to avoid trips.
All network wires to go over desks not over floors.
The people exposed to this are only the people who leave their workstations left...
